Dmitry Medvedvev meets with Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has held talks with Prime Minister of Cambodia Hun Sen, who has arrived in Russia on an official visit to attend the ASEAN — Russia Summit.

During the meeting, the two officials discussed their bilateral partnership. According to Mr Medvedev, the main goal today is to develop trade and economic cooperation. The Russian Prime Minister noted good prospects in such areas as construction of power facilities, delivery of equipment for load lifting, power engineering, drilling and minerals extraction, as well as in agriculture and telecommunication technologies.

"The Cambodian delegation's visit is being held in the framework of ASEAN — Russia Summit. We consider the Kingdom of Cambodia to be a very important and practically strategic partner, and hope for the comprehensive development of relations with our friends," Mr Medvedev concluded.
