The International Press Centre for the ASEAN – Russia Summit opens today

On 18 May, the International Press Centre for the ASEAN — Russia Summit opened in Sochi at the Imeretinskiy Hotel in close proximity to the summit venue.

In all, 850 journalists were accredited for the summit, 510 of them have already received their accreditation badges and have begun their preparations for the summit.

The International Press Centre is open 24/7. Monitors have been installed in all rooms, which will broadcast the open summit events, as well as information on event programmes, journalist pool and other announcements on briefings and other events. There are three halls for briefings with 40 to 70 seats with access to the latest light and sound equipment.

Free shuttles run 24 hours between the Press Centre, the Accreditation centre at the Tulip Inn Omega Sochi Hotel, the airport and the railway station.
